Harwood America Inc is the US branch of Harwood Capital Management Limited.

The Harwood group of companies, the parent company of which is Harwood Capital Management Limited, is an independently owned investment group which includes an FCA and SEC registered and authorised firm, Harwood Capital LLP.

Harwood Capital LLP manages a number of funds, both listed public companies and private equity funds, most of which follow an active value approach where shareholders take an active interest in the running of the businesses in which they invest. As Harwood has an interest in a number of unlisted US entities, it has set up Harwood America Inc in order to more closely monitor these investments and investigate future potential investments.
